 State to State, We Still Use the Old Tax House!
We are a military family and are state to state just about every 2-3 years. We started using the Old Tax House several years ago, and 2 states later, we still send our annual taxes back to Stacy. An honest assessment would be: 1) Stacy does her best to inform us of any new tax laws which come about that we may not be aware of! (esp. Military tax breaks) 2) If there is a mistake, she owns up to it and clears it immediately 3) The communication back and forth is quick and timely so that we can make the April deadline yearly. So overall -- 5 STARS for sure, else, we wouldn't keep utilizing their services.

 17 Years of great service
Have been using Tax House for 17 years. Mary Jane has been great to work with all of these years and has become a friend. We purchased a new home this year and will be able to take advantage of the Housing Stimulus and we know it will be handled correctly the 1st time so there will be no worries on our end. She was great to work with and helped us with 2009 taxes. 2008 improper filing and finally stayed on the Fed until they actually credited us for the housing stimulus. She stayed on them for days and weeks until is was correct. Going back to her this year and from now on.
